UK delivery - £3.25 (5 - 7 working days)
Working days are Monday to Friday.
Free Delivery on all UK orders over £25.

Returns
Our no quibble returns policy means we will happily exchange an item or refund your money. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Send the item back within 14 days of receiving it along with the delivery note enclosed with your order. Providing the book/books are not used or damaged we will happily give you a full refund. We are unable to refund the cost of returning the item/s to us.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
UK Customers
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept cheques due to the high number of people placing orders but not sending payment.
If you are a School, Nursery or other business please contact us if you wish to place an order and pay by cheque. Many businesses now pay online using their business credit card.
We are an online discount retailer and not a wholesaler and we do not accept purchase orders.
Credit/debit payments are made through the secure Paypal payment gateway and RBS Worldpay. I live outside the UK, can I still purchase books?Yes you can. Contact us with the name of the book or books you wish to purchase and we will get back to you with a shipping cost.
We will then send you an invoice. You can pay with your credit/debit card via Paypal. As with UK customers you do not need a Paypal account.
What do I do if my payment fails?
Sometimes your payment may fail when paying via Paypal. All you need to do is go back into the site and re-purchase the books. When your payment fails no money is taken from your account or credit card. We think that it is simply due to systems being down/maintained at that particular time. Paying via Paypal is a very safe way to pay for goods online. Children's Book Warehouse do not have access to customers credit/debit card details.
